Return/Shipping Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 7 days from the day of receipt to exchange your item. Returns for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense. We only process exchanges and no refunds. In the case of a defective or incorrect item received, please contact us PRIOR to returning. You can email [email protected] for all return questions.

5. WHAT YOU NEED (EXCHANGE with size/color/style you'd like)

*Please notice:

  • Items that are returned must be in their original condition, original packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags to be issued a full refund, excluding shipping.
  • All returns must be received within 7 business days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • *Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.*
  • Any shipping paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Standard shipping for most orders takes 5-7 business days. 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. 

About missing packages:

We hope this doesn't happen (it does happen more frequently than one would think), but in the event your package goes missing during transit, we suggest you reach out to USPS to resolve any issue.

Once your order is processed, Maples Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, you should contact your local law enforcement to report the package stolen.
